Welcome to Flavor South Florida (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and
protect your information when you use our App. We are committed to handling your data transparently
and responsibly.

By downloading or using the Flavor South Florida App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Who We Are

The Flavor South Florida App is operated by Flavor South Florida, LLC (“Flavor South Florida”) in
partnership with One Sky Digital, LLC (“One Sky Digital”), the App's technology provider. References to
we, us, or our in this policy refer to Flavor South Florida.

2. Information We Collect

A. Information You Provide Directly

· Account information — your username and email address when you create an account

· Receipt uploads — photos of dining receipts you submit to verify restaurant visits and unlock Flavor
Rewards

B. Information Collected Automatically

· Location data — when you use the Near Me or map features, the App may access your device's
location to show nearby participating restaurants. You can disable location access in your device
settings at any time.

· In-App activity — the App records activity to power the rewards system and generate reporting for
the event organizer. This includes: restaurants you clicked on; restaurants where you checked in or
uploaded a receipt; reservations made through the App; and sponsor links you clicked.

· Device information — basic technical data such as device type, operating system version, and App
version, used to ensure the App functions correctly on your device.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

· Create and manage your App account

· Track your restaurant visits and award Flavor Rewards badges

· Verify dining check-ins through receipt uploads

· Show you participating restaurants on the interactive map

· Generate anonymized event reporting for Flavor South Florida (showing aggregate trends such as
which restaurants were most visited — not individual user data shared externally)

· Communicate with you about your account or rewards if needed

· Improve the App's performance and fix technical issues

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal data with third parties for
marketing purposes.

We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

· Technology providers — One Sky Digital and Base44 (our App platform provider) process data on
our behalf solely to operate the App. They are contractually prohibited from using your data for any
other purpose.

· Event reporting — aggregate, anonymized usage data (not personal information) is shared with
Flavor South Florida's event team for operational and reporting purposes.

· Legal requirements — we may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to a
valid legal request.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information and dining activity for the duration of the Flavor South Florida event
(September 1–30, 2026) and for a reasonable period afterward for reporting and recordkeeping purposes.

Receipt uploads are retained only as long as necessary to verify your check-in and award your badge.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at
info@flavorsouthflorida.com.

6. Your Choices and Rights

· Location — you can disable location access for the App at any time in your device's privacy settings.
The App's restaurant directory and most features will still work without location access.

· Account deletion — contact info@flavorsouthflorida.com to request deletion of your account and
personal data.

· Opt-out — if you no longer wish to use the App, simply uninstall it from your device.

7. Children's Privacy

The Flavor South Florida App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect
personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal
information, please contact us at info@flavorsouthflorida.com and we will promptly delete it.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized
access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is
100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.

9. Third-Party Links

The App contains links to participating restaurant websites, reservation platforms, and sponsors. This
Privacy Policy applies only to the Flavor South Florida App. We are not responsible for the privacy
practices of third-party websites or services you visit through links in the App.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the
'Last Updated' date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your
acceptance of the updated policy.
